The program runs for 90 days, starting on March 6th at 6am to 6:30am EST, from Monday to Friday. I understand that everyone has different fitness levels and goals, which is why me program is tailored to meet your specific needs. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced athlete, I have workouts that will challenge you and help you reach your goals. My yoga classes are designed to improve your flexibility, balance, and core strength. My cardiovascular exercises will help you burn fat and improve your endurance, while my resistance training workouts will help you build lean muscle mass and increase your metabolism. My team of experienced fitness trainers and nutritionists will guide you through the program, providing support and motivation along the way. I will provide you with a customized meal plan, herbal recommendations, and ongoing support to help you stay on track and achieve your goals.
