Done! got a late workout in. I have followed Brian Syuki in the recent past, he is different and I had to do about a week of him before I appreciated his workouts; at first I did not but kept trying. I would say for the intermediate workout person. He doesn’t talk during workout and has a plain clean background with a timer line. He has many free workouts and a paid challenge if you like. He won a youtube award. Last night ( Wednesday I did a 20 minute workout session with him) you can always slow down and modify movements. There are no floor movements here, just standing up. He believes in moving the whole body, in a small space in your living room or bedroom or hotel if you are traveling. Something to consider On free youtube! 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽🥬🫑🍎🌶

I have learned from you and others in this group that movement is so important in life especially when our lives fill up more and more with all our worldly obligations, that if we just plan to stop for 15-20 minutes on the days we can’t get our normal daily intentional work out in, that we just move everyday regardless! Dance, walk, something for us for that amount of time squeeze it in!!! Daily is the new norm now!! 💜😊. Thank you pjsbronx!
