That looks delicious! Tell me more about this “massaging”. I find kale and collards a tough chew.
WITH YOUR HANDS- rub the raw kale with a bit of apple cider vinegar OR a combo of vinegar and a tiny bit of oil. It really changes the texture! I wasn’t a fan of raw kale/collards until I tried this.
