research shows having a feeling of being connected and supported increases beneficial hormones that help us to better respond to stress, helps to regulate the immune system and it can reduce inflammation in the body and so much more! This is so important in today’s world when so many people live alone or without a loved one in our home who may not be on our current dietary journey…..💕

I have tried without success many times to transition to a solely raw vegan diet. I even took a course to learn how to prepare my meals, and still I failed. This time, I feel I'm on a more successful road and journey -- primarily because I entered an environment that provides both education and a supportive community. I need that safe community space, where like minds are traveling in the same direction. A place to talk, to share the highs and lows, to receive encouragement -- without judgement. I love our Sunday Chats.
