I’ve been battling a slightly elevated blood pressure and I feel it is stress among other things 🤯. But today was a “body in balance” day where both food consumption and exercise intertwined and I left the office at the end of the day with no laptop, no work notebook and no other people’s work, no bags of work stuff! 💼 This is the first time in years and I plan on doing this for the next couple of days….just to feel less stress and stress free! 💯 This was the hardest thing for me to do (in the past I felt irresponsible, a false self pressure 😤) but I knew that I needed to make this change today! Lunch bag only!!🥑🥬🍒🍉🍋

Good for you Dr. Tee. Self-love is important and I am sure we all need to disconnect from our stressful lives even if it's for a little while. I know it's easier said than done and definitely a challenge but you should be proud of yourself because you did it!! By the way, the picture is beautiful.
